12.01.2022 Dear Parents and Carers, The NSW Government has provided updated information regarding school operations for the Term 2 which considers how best to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all students and staff. NSW public school students will gradually transition back to the classroom during Term 2 as the community continues to deal with the COVID 19 pandemic. Schools will have an additional day to prepare for Term 2 on Tuesday 28 April making the first day of the term ...for students Wednesday 29 April. From Wednesday 29 April families are encouraged to keep their children at home wherever possible and continue the learning from home activities provided by the school. In line with these arrangements, from week 3 of Term 2, students will be attending school for one day per week. We will look to increase the number of days students are at school in a staged way and hope to have all children back at school full-time by Term 3. From week 3 Term 2 you will send your child to school one day a week. The school will contact you to indicate which day your child is to attend school. This will vary from class to class to ensure physical distancing across learning areas and the health and safety of children and staff. Updates from the Government are available on the schools website and Facebook. You will be contacted directly by school staff in the coming days indicating which day your child will attend school from week 3.
