25.01.2022 To the Wallington's Homebrew faithful... We are excited to announce that our beloved Mill has been returned to her former glory after some much needed R&R! In keeping with the current climate and regulations, we have put in place some basic procedures around the milling process.... All MILLING requests will be provided as a next day type of service with no exceptions (for 50g or 5kg, the same rule applies). We are contactable by phone, email or Facebook for your milling requirements and we will contact you via phone call or email once the order has been milled and is ready for collection. Wallington’s has created a small milling fee to cover labour, maintenance and vacuum bags for milling orders. (See the brewing staff for details) UNMILLED GRAIN will still be available for walk-in customers and will not incur any additional fee although we would also appreciate notice of any amount for unmilled orders. 23.01.2022 Eclipse is now at Wallington's Home Brewing! It's the new kid on the block from Hop Products Australia. A new flavour hop bursting with sweet, sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel, and fresh pine needles.

21.01.2022 Brewing this weekend? Don't forget to send through your milling order at least the day before you need it. The more notice, the better! Unmilled grain can be packaged on the day but we would prefer notice for any grain orders.

20.01.2022 To the Wallington's Homebrew faithful... An update on some stock additions that will have you salivating and get those creative juices flowing! We have a couple of new varieties in the form of Idaho 7 and Azacca! ... Get out the IPA Handbook and try a few new combos with these awesome hops! Our dear friends from across the Tasman at Gladfield have been playing in the lab and have created a new crystal malt called Supernova. This unique crystal malt is worth a look... They bring this to our shores with their new Malted Maize, a great adjunct for lighter bodied beers - check out their website for the low-down on these two. The team at Gladfield has also supplied us with the answer to a common question - "Do you have rice hulls?" Yes, we do! 07.01.2022 To the Wallington’s Homebrew faithful *AN UPDATE ON CO2 REFILLS* Our CO2 refilling protocols have had a shakeup in recent times and we would like to update those followers of social media.... FOR ALL CO2 REFILL REQUESTS, the cylinder must be left with us to be sanitised and filled and we will call once the cylinder is ready for collection. Until further notice, we will not be offering Swap & Go cylinder exchange. We understand the logistics around making the second trip to pick up a cylinder aren’t always ideal and we would hope that our customers will work with in this regard. We would encourage customers in need of a refill to bring their cylinders during the week when there are fewer time constraints and the process can be at its quickest. Weekends are inherently busier and refills can more difficult to organise so please plan ahead.
