05.01.2022 Liquidations are an unfortunate situation for some, but we offer a service which helps the building owners/ managers get their premise back into shape so they can quickly lease back out or sell. WA Transition were contracted by QUBE property management to get this architects office back to a shell of an office that can be used by any industry. We were given 7 days to clear and clean ready for a new tenant. There was no lift and the office was still intact as employees were si...mply locked out 6 months prior. - Completed in 4 days. - All computers wiped and sent to a NFP's. - 4.5 tonn eof waste. - 2 tonne of furniture delivered to NFP's. - New tenant moved in + 2 weeks from project start.
