23.01.2022 Unfortunately due to illness tonights 7pm bootcamp has been cancelled. We will back 9am and 7pm tomorrow

17.01.2022 It has taken us a while to come to terms with the decision we made to close WDLC Fitness. This decision was not made lightly and there were a lot of factors that ultimately lead us to close the doors. In the end it was our mental health and physical well being that made the decision for us. We are gutted we could not bow out on our terms, we feel we still have unfinished business in helping people and our biggest regret is The Happy Mum Project is on hold indefinitely.... We have taken some time to deal with WDLC closure in our own way and have only told our clients and a few close friends as we took time for it all to sink in. What has absolutely blown us away is the overwhelming support, love, and offers of help and work from the select few that knew of our decision. We are truly blessed with amazing people around us. And as we adjust to life without WDLC, spend time with our loved ones and get some sleep... We ask you to give us time and space... To work out whats next for us and where we go from here.
