25.01.2022 Got garlic growing? You can pull some of the smaller plants and use in your cooking now. I left this big boy in the ground but pulled a smaller one up for tonight’s soup. I also used a couple of cloves. Just clean back like you would a leek, chop and the flavour is fab. #greengarlic #wintercooking #garlic

25.01.2022 If you planted garlic in March/April it should look something like this now. Sam from 280 Fresh Veg put in some of our bulbs and this is how big they are. Not too long now until bulbs form and harvest time. :)

23.01.2022 Mouthwatering bread by Judy. A packet of butter and this loaf, and that's dinner sorted! I made it in a Bread maker using Laucke bread mix Barossa Sourdough Rye with... 1 cup of fresh parsley chopped, 1 teaspoon of 47 cloves Garlic Granules, 1 cup of mixed grated cheeses, Half cup of chopped fresh chives. 10 miles of olive oil Pinch of salt. When breadmaker stops kneading sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Tuscan Garlic Salt. Let it cook and serve warm with butter. See more
