18.01.2022 On Guard is a lot of our low tox products such as toothpaste and washing liquid. I absolutely love the cleaner concentrate as I use it to make my own surface spray and dishwashing tablets. Currently out of stock which shows how popular it is at the moment. It is also great in the diffuser and in rubbed (diluted) onto the bottom of your feet to help your immune system.

These two beautiful oils I use daily and always have spares.... Balance is the oil that started my doTERRA journey. It is our grounding blend that I apply to the soles of my feet every morning and is so good for helping calm anxious feelings and evoke calmness. It is wonderful in the diffuser at night to help rest and also in the car on long trips. Grapefruit is the oil of honouring the body and has been used to help with inflammation, weight gain and sugar cravings. It is a citrus oil that is uplifting in the diffuser and I love adding it to my water for flavour and to boost my metabolism. I also add it regularly to my aromatic dressing in the morning. The last week or so my older boys have been completing their end of year exams and GATS so we have been talking about jumping that last hurdle and working hard to achieve your goals.
