Theses are a few jobs that can be done within 30 mins: -2 s...eperate sets of taps fully serviced with new washers, orings and spindle cleaning making them like brand new again (bathroom/laundry/kitchen) -Leaking toilet serviced/repaired, with new fast flow quiet inlet valve and new outlet valve washer, complete service parts cost roughly an extra $29. -Kitchen sink mixer replacement(new tap not inc.) Sink mixer prices can vary from $60-$300 per mixer. Brands will vary but good standard mixers can be bought for $120 or less. -Blocked drains, kitchen sinks, toilets, bathrooms or house sewer mains cleared providing they are not blocked with tree roots. Its common to require unblocking your drains every now and then for waste water flow to properly drain. -Maintenance concerns e.g. leaking pipes, low water pressure, hot water not working all the time, water leakage, gas leaks, loose garden taps are all easily diagnosed and repaired within 30 mins. -Garden tap renewals x 2-3 if you wish(new shiny brass tap and vacum breaker costs extra~$25 each) -Water filter System cartridge/filter change over (cartridges can cost ~ $25 to $79 each depending on your model) -Hot Water Unit faults, relighting and diagnostic -Hot Water Unit safety valve replacements ( Valves cost around $70 each, 2 required per unit) - Hot Water Unit anode replacement, protect your HWU from rust and tank leakage (Anodes vary with unit models and sizes). -Relight your gas fireplace or get a diagnostic. First Ill try explain what our market aims to cater for, in one its the financially disadvantaged families, seniors and individuals who cannot afford professional home maintenance to keep taps from getting stiff or dripping. The idea is to provide a service that will empower people to professionally maintain the plumbing fixtures in their home, resulting in less stress and more comfort hopefu...lly. So any jobs in between are welcomed and will be at the same rates, hopefully one day youll agree that its a great little luxury to have easy turning taps and no drips throughout your house, with all kinds of washers to replace the old stiff ones, for a price that you can say yes to happily, once and for all. We all know big business and the banks are making life hard for everyone. So the opening rates are at $47.50 for the first 30 mins and then $65 per hour or part thereof after. With 30 mins of time I could service 2 seperate taps sets or replace the inlet to your toilet cistern making it fast filling and quiet and give it a full service, also removal/replacement of a kitchen sink mixer tap or replacing an anode in your Hot Water Unit. My prices are negotiable if you have an offer please dont hesitate to mention it. Of course for kitchen and bathroom/laundry demolitions and renovations our rates are set to $47.50 per hour taking into account the extended hours at the job.
