23.01.2022 When you begin to meditate, you may struggle trying to maintain focus, or to keep yourself relaxed. Here's a simple meditation technique that's perfect for beginners: Sit or lie comfortably, let your eyes close, and let yourself breathe. You shouldn't need to control your breath, just allow yourself to breathe as is most natural to you. Notice your body as you breathe, the movement of your chest and shoulders. Just focus on how your breath feels, without controlling it. If your mind wanders, that's okay, just return to your breath. For a beginner, two to three minutes of this each day is perfect for helping to relax. Over time, you can try for longer periods and work in new techniques.

14.01.2022 Happy Baby, also known as Dead Bug and Ananda Balasana, is an excellent pose for back pain, as it stretches and soothes the spine, relieves stress and opens the hips and thighs.

12.01.2022 Downward Facing Dog, also known as Adho Mukha Svanasana, is a simple pose that is excellent as an all-over body stretch. Some of the benefits include aiding digestion, sinus pain, and reduces the risk of ankle injury. Just remember to be careful if you have carpal tunnel syndrome or are pregnant!
