14.01.2022 We are super excited to announce some massive additions to our Ziba Calm program for 2021. Pilates is coming to Ziba as well as an amazing Restorative Yoga class. 13.01.2022 We would like to welcome Tegan to the Ziba Family. We are extremely lucky to have Tegan join us teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Core Yoga and also in the S and C studio in 2021. Tegan has an extensive background in fitness, being a personal trainer for over 15 years, a yoga instructor, studying Pilates, a Les Mills instructor plus being a first degree black belt in Korean Karate. Tegan is also an owner in the the stand up paddle board business with her husband called SUP Down South and a mother of two little uns. She is a serious asset into the team, so make sure you have a chat to her next time you see her at Ziba.

Barry has been one of our most frequent members since we first opened; trying to get back into a steady fitness routine after noticing that his health had started to deteriorate. Not bad for 40, right?

01.01.2022 **A little bit of member appreciation** This morning was just the continuation of amazing attitudes and willingness to throw themselves into anything I ask. We did nordics and Deadlifts all morning. Most of our members hadn’t picked up a barbell let alone a complicated movement like deadlifting, but no hesitation, straight into it and lifted with brilliant technique. Kerry and I are just so thankful for all our members trust and incredible attitudes to their health and wellness.
