We are taking a pro-active approach to inhibit the spread of the Covid-19 virus through all further construction works as of today; our main goal is the health and safety of our staff and customers before, during and after construction, please see below for all new measures that have been put in place on-site and in our of...fice; All physical contact with customers will be limited; if you do require communication with the builder we recommend this be done via the phone or email, if for any reason this is not feasible we do require at least 1.5m distance between yourself and any of our staff. Due to closures of borders and companies there may be delays in completion of construction works or possible product / material changes. If any delays or changes in products / materials will be necessary, a Variation will be put in place. All water testing (in office) will cease until further notice. Appointments only. If you require samples or would like to view our display pool an appointment is essential (as advised by the Government). On-site quotes will be changing to phone / facetime meetings with our builder; if site access is required, we will ask for permission to enter the property unaccompanied. If this not feasible we do require a 1.5m distance between yourself and our staff We thank-you for your patience during and we look forward to getting thorough these unnerving times with you. 02.01.2022 We had a great question from a new MagnaPool owner and we thought would be great to share for anyone new to MagnaPool that wanted to know how and what are the t...hings to do during the season and depending on bather load and environmental factors ie rainfall, storms etc. If this level of proactive maintenance is done the likelihood to perform any excessive work or adding extra chemicals is reduced. -You will need to check every fortnight or perhaps weekly. -Always keep your alkalinity and pH well balanced -Keep your chlorine levels in check and increase/decrease the output on the hydroxinator as required (summer and winter) -Check your filter pressures and only backwash when necessary (this could be as little as once at the start of the season, but if there is heavy use you may need to do it every other month)... so monitor pressure and let it guide your requirements -check your true calcium levels every year, not just the total hardness levels. Ensure you see a MagnaPool specialist dealer as they will know what to look for -request that a phosphate test every month or two particularly if you use fertiliser in your garden or are close to any agriculture -never add too much cyanuric acid (ie pool sunblock) maintain the levels below 30ppm or as low as practically possible -all other requirements beyond this are reactive and are only needed if something is noticed ie algae growth etc. During off-season perhaps every month -6weeks have a water test done and treat as required, but maintenance work will be minimal. #magnapool
