21.01.2022 There is a reason I am not a fisherman

19.01.2022 Not what you want to be looking at through your windscreen. Undertake an XDrive Recovery Course and learn from the only Four Wheel Drive Trainer in Australia certified by the International Four Wheel Drive Trainers' Association (I4WDTA) and the only Four Wheel Drive Trainer in Australia to hold the Master Tread Trainer certification from Tread Lightly. An XDrive course in some cases may be cheaper than the cost of a replacement windscreen but is certainly cheaper than a trip to the hospital.

15.01.2022 New to 4x4 driving. Here is a fraction of what we will teach you on our 4WD Introductory Course https://www.xdrive.com.au/4wd-introductory-course/

14.01.2022 Standard versus Modified You make the decision

14.01.2022 A great read for those that are interested in Overlanding. Pity it is so hard to get a copy in Australia. Last one I read was at the Overland Expo and I was impressed with the quality of the photographs and articles.

12.01.2022 The Mitsubishi Pajero has a rather unique Four Wheel Drive system and is a very capable touring vehicle, particularly with the very frugal diesel engine. Learn all about the capabilities of your Four Wheel Drive when undertaking a course with XDrive the only Four Wheel Drive Trainer in Australia certified by the International Four Wheel Drive Trainers' Association as well as a Master Tread Trainer with Tread Lightly

09.01.2022 XDrive often field questions regarding a Raised Air Intake -RAI. Please note it is not a snorkel and does not turn your 4WD into a boat! The design is to reduce the amount of dust reaching your air filter. Learn more about your 4WD when you undertake an XDrive course

09.01.2022 Is this the view you love to see out the windscreen of your vehicle? Make sure your trip goes according to plan by undertaking an XDrive course, run by the only Four Wheel Drive Trainer in Australia certified by the International Four Wheel Drive Trainers' Association and the only Four Wheel Drive Trainer in Australia to hold the Master Tread Trainer Certification from Tread Lightly.

07.01.2022 It is a pity that these vehicles need so much modification in order to make the vehicle right, the way Toyota should have built it. Chassis extension to avoid the fact that the load area is behind the rear axle, wider rear axle so it is the same track width as the front axle. Toyota obviously built this vehicle strong but to a price point which is way below what is expected from purchasers and users of this vehicle

06.01.2022 Wow. Slow down there tiger. You are supposed to create a bow wave not try to push the water out the pond! Learn how to tackle water crossings when you undertake an XDrive course

06.01.2022 Not a vehicle we talk about much The Toyota FJ Cruiser a very capable vehicle indeed based on the Toyota Prado underpinnings and with some features found in the Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series such as the Crawl Control functions this vehicle can go off-road.

05.01.2022 Careful driving and good spotting techniques taught on I4WDTA TFC course

04.01.2022 It is a wee bit dry in Australia at the moment and with the predicted heat wave for the East Coast of Australai this weekend it may get even drier and hotter. Take care when travelling especially with parts and kids in the vehicle this weekend and keep hydrated XDrive

02.01.2022 Proof that you are never too old to learn or experience new things. One thing that I do find interesting particularly as here at XDrive we specialise in Four Wheel Drive Training, is the fact that driving a Four Wheel Drive vehicle off-road is exactly the same as driving a race car. Performance Driving minus the speed. The vehicle does exactly the same, it slides and moves around and you have to pay particular attention to your throttle brake and steering inputs. Lots of people do not understand this concept.

02.01.2022 Oops. Is this poor judgement, poor planning or poor driving skills. Just one more reason to join us on our next XDrive Sand Driving Course in October 2017 and learn how to avoid incidents such as this
