18.01.2022 Fun at C.R.E.A.T.E.S last week was about communication, the children took turns at communicating a picture for another to draw without giving direct instruction...s. We created a what pushes my buttons tree and each child got to discuss what upsets them. The children had to lead their blindfolded group through an obstacle course with just communication. Then Kayla had been the leader voted for the last activity which was to create your own cuddly soft toy. Kayla had to instruct the whole group and did an amazing job. The toys looked great! what a fun week. See more

07.01.2022 Come on women, we give way to much thought and attention to what we should look like. We need to refocus our minds onto what makes us happy. A simple shift in thought takes that power, and instead of giving it away gives it back to you. This is in part what the Weight 4 It program does. Call to find out more on how we can help you make the shift today!... 0439034594 See more

06.01.2022 Hello all, another fun week at C.R.E.A.T.E.S. We started the group by playing a game called that was bad, no wait that was good because.... this game helps the children find positives in any situation. The children had fun creating a personal positive trait poster. We used markers and coloured play dough to create patterns in the words. Each child then had to create a puzzle piece for another group member. They showed that they really understood other people in the group and... were able to design something especially for them. We finished the session off by playing blind dodge ball and having fun out in the sun. "The dough was scented and smelt really nice when we made our poster. I liked the game bad and good because it helped me find positive things in things that looked bad" Kayla
