22.01.2022 I would like to introduce our most advanced Hikvision security system with AcuSense and ColorVu technology. AcuSense technology distinguishes people and vehicles from other moving objects. Its is best plug and play implementation of target detection which can be used to quickly sort through the recordings or to trigger alarm only on intrusion detection. While ColorVu is currently the only camera on the market that can capture true colour video at night even in pitch black dar...kness without the need of any supplementary light source or infrared source that only provides black and white images. The Acusense camera also comes with an inbuilt microphone and speaker that can be used for 2 way communication through the app or it can be setup to play pre-recorded message as a warning to intruder and send a notification to the surveillance account. We have recently installed a combination of these for our client in Findon and he could not be more happier with the results. This system seamless integration makes it so easy for the customer to make changes according to their needs directly through the NVR or remotely through the app. This type of setup removes the need of a seperate alarm system as the AcuSense is much more advance than any PIR motion sensors and NVR can also supports up-to 4 alarm inputs with alarm output as well. These are relatively new technology at the moment and its bit expensive and only available in limited numbers. It will get cheaper and eventually be readily available in most Hikvision cameras.

17.01.2022 Cheaper isn't Always Better We were approached for a quote for a CCTV security camera system supply and installation in Ascot Park. We recommended 6MP Hikvision camera set. The customer end up getting their own system online of a brand called Eyes.sys of same resolution cameras for fraction of the price. The Customer was happy to proceed with us for installation; only thinking they saved so much money for same quality system. We installed the cameras and setup everything for ...them. Just within 2 weeks the NVR recorder failed and refused to turn on. It took another 2 weeks for the customer to convince the supplier for a replacement NVR under warranty and even then they said they will only send the motherboard at customers expense and for customer to fix it themselves. After being fed up with everything customer contacted us back to put up the same cameras we suggested at the start. Hikvision is top of the line security system brand. Their prices are bit higher than any other generic camera brand because their product is much higher quality. Most cheaper cameras save on costs by using plastic shells and lower quality sensors and lens. The 6MP Eyes.sys system that customer brought had less than 10 frame rate recording sensor which caused recordings to lag while same 6MP from Hikvision has twice the frame rate which records smother video for any motion with much better contrast and picture. These specifications are always concealed by brands or oblivious for an average consumer. We have been using Hikvision cameras from more than 4 years now and they never have any problems and in the very unlikely case of something happening to the hardware then we replace them same day, without any charges and under the warranty. I have attached pictures of before and after for comparison.
