06.01.2022 Dear customers With the recent announcements from the government we fully support the stricter measures to keep the population safe. Farmers are an essential service, and keeping our customers going with parts and service is one of our two highest priorities: Keeping farmers farming & keeping our staff safe.... Thankfully we will not be closed at this point, however we are trying to limit the number of non-essential people passing through our stores. Please when you visit the shop, abide by the rules we have set up to keep all people safe from infection and the spread of the virus, to keep social distance, to limit the touching of goods, to keep back from counters, to not touch common areas. Please do not be offended if this is enforced, this is for the greater good of everyone. Parts orders. We encourage you to order your parts by phone on 08 96351003 We can have the parts ready for you, please arrange parts collection with our parts department, staff are happy to bring parts out to your vehicle to limit person to person contact in the shop as long as you call ahead. Parts can also be left out side for you in our designated parts after hour’s area Field Service Staff. We require field service technicians to work in isolation in your fields or sheds so please respect the social distancing, we don’t mean to offend, we are just trying to look after you and ourselves and keep our valued farmers going. Please do not get into the cab with techs, do not be offended if they do not shake hands. We do ask that upon arrival of our techs, please clean the cab down, they will be instructed to clean any access hand rails door handles and steering wheel prior to them leaving the job. After they leave please ensure you also clean down the cab and steering wheel etc for your own safety and peace of mind. Please if you are unwell let us know. Sales Staff.
