24.01.2022 Poppies...just cause they make your heart sing! They are certainly one of my favourites. Last week my husband and I had a stay-cation and such a lovely relaxing time. These poppies were street planting in Portland and an absolute delight. We stopped in at @treloarroses to pick up our roses for the front garden-I cant wait to share them with you in spring when our house painting is finished and the roses are flowering. 23.01.2022 So quite awhile back my aunties gorgeous West Highland White Terrier Abbey had beautiful little puppies and there were several people interested, but unfortunately they all sold very quickly. Well Abbey has just had another (and most likely her last) litter of pups- 3 boys + 3 girls. 2 girls are already sold, but there are still 4 puppies available. 13.01.2022 Things have been a little quiet over here lately as I’ve been working on a reno! We finally have our en-suite bathroom finished (kind of ), but nearly there!! I absolutely love every detail in here and it was so great to see everything which has been swimming around my head for the last few years come to life! In my past life in Melbourne, before we moved back here 10 years ago, I was studying Interior Design in Melbourne. When we moved back to the Grampians there were alrea...dy several Interior designers here and nowhere to study so I decided to study photography instead! I really do miss styling interiors so it was really lovely to choose some not so typical selections for houses in Hamilton-yes my husband let me pick pink tiles ! I also colour-matched the paint for the sliding door to the tiles-custom is always best!!! I think I would definitely have to describe my style as eclectic ! We had the best tradies who did a fab job and were very patient with my indecisiveness . My clever husband also made a gorgeous hardwood niche in the wall for my plants! I love it all!! Rod Duncan Ern Pollack Anderson Plumbing We also gave the master a refresh with paint and I’m just waiting for the carpet to go down in a couple of weeks (thanks to a flood we had a few months ago in the old bathroom).
