24.01.2022 This is definitely a perk of the new job. Was lucky enough to met Shane from Britax this morning. After a presentation on the new NanoTex range limited to TOYWORLD MT BARKER (only location in SA that have it available) Not only is it wonderful too met and learn about these new products. Its exciting to be able to ask question and discover how and why a company makes their seat a certain way and discovering the technology/safety behind it. This was a fantastic opportunity to... learn from the company themselves. Here is a sneak peek to the new NanoTex, designed with the real logistics of having a child in the seat.... a seat that repeals.... food, water, milk EVEN vomit!! I mean who doesnt want something like this in their life. Hygienic, convenient and designed for those with kids! Kids make a mess, doesnt mean it has to be messy. Let us make it easier for you.

22.01.2022 People often ask why some seats can no longer be used, or why they needs to be so extreme with safety measures.... after many years and many children unfortunately having serious injury or (even worse) from car accidents. These statistics are what influences researchers and development into better and safer seats. Its unfortunate that many are injured before changes were made, but glad that in recent times we have some of the the safety seats in the world. This comes down to... the fact Australia test more that just head on accidents they also extensively test side impacts, frontal off set, rear end (whiplash). This shows scientists what can happen and then harness them with the knowledge on how to reduce statistics and injuries. Things such as a tether strap AND seat belt used together, with a full harness and correct fitting all contribute to reducing the impact and injuries to a newborn/child in an accident. Im glad times have changed, this back in the day was considered best on the market My husband when home in the back of the car in a basket, not even strapped in. So this was an upgrade, but Im glad to say my little ones are much safer these days! See more

22.01.2022 Had the pleasure of fitting a seat for this precious newborn who was only a few hours old. I had previously fitted the seat with only been able to predict how big baby would be. Lucky we recheck and reinstalled after she made her safe but quick entrance into the world. We met mum and dad at the hospital got bubs fitted and on their way. We know this precious bundle will have a seat in safely from the day she explores this world and makes her way home. If you have your bun...dle on the way and are yet to get the seat installed we can met you, teach you, we can fit it for you. It was a moment today knowing that this job is worth every minute. We do it for the love of children, babies and newborns. Our mission is to educate and teach parents and caregivers on their seats and keeping their little ones safe. (Never add anything to the seat unless instructed to by a professional)

Photo of the beautiful Zoe will addition needs, she sports a gastrostomy which can effect how her seat is installed, which requires correct placement of the straps and buckle to prevent pressure on her tube. Its important they way you clean the seat covers, straps and shell. If you dont follow guidelines your warranty may be voided but also you may be interfering with the integrity of the seat to. Following your seats guidelines is so very important. ... Here are some tips: I suggest to my clients using a liquid not a powder. Powder can get into the fibres and break it down.
