24.01.2022 After 85 days of trying, Vince's restaurant now has the phone on. There may be some little issues but for the most part its working now. The NEW number is 02 68 364 774. Thanks to all for your patience.

24.01.2022 Vince's Restaurant is STILL without a phone. I have had Telstra dealing with this since 1st September and its in their hands to get a line working. Have asked t...o have something happening by the end of the week or I will take it further. We want the old restaurant number but at this stage will settle for any number. 18.01.2022 We are very excited to announce the Club has received $100,000 grant from Department of Regional NSW for renovations to improve our facilities. We had applied f...or a grant to upgrade some areas of our kitchens and restaurant. This will go a long way towards what we want to do. Thanks must go to Adam Marshall MP Minister for Agriculture and Minister of Western NSW, John Barilaro MP Deputy Premier who have seen the value in helping a Returned Services Club survive and to Mayor Lilliane Brady for going into bat for our application. We all know Lilliane will fight for Cobar and doesn't give up until she gets what she can for Cobar and its residents. So a big THANK YOU. Now to find a builder. See more

13.01.2022 Lunch time specials today. Its our last day cooking before Vince arrives and takes over cooking chinese meals once again. Todays lunch is $10 for adults and $5 kids menu. Meals include fish, schnitizel, sea food basket, home made lasagna & quiche all served with chips or salad. Todays sweets are plum pudding and custard - $5... 12.01.2022 We are currently experiencing problems with our phones and we are hopeful of having a new system this week some time, until then there is not a lot we can do. Telstra have said it will be this week some time. Vince's restaurant will be open on Thursday but their phone is also not working at all. Telstra are aware and will endeavour to get that fixed ASAP.

09.01.2022 We are hosting a BBQ with a difference this Saturday 28th November from 12.30 pm. In BBQ area of the side of the Club. We will have BBQ Meat as will as some smoked meats, pulled beef & pork rolls as well as chicken & Salads. All money raised goes to help prevent Prostate cancer. Also have a raffle of an Esky on wheels and a carton. See you all from 12.30 pm.

07.01.2022 Members coming into the Club are asked to download the Service NSW app onto their phones to make entry into the Club hassle free. This is now mandatory to enter... any Club. We can assist members in signing in but it is your responsibility to be Covid safe. Refusal of entry may happen for those not willing to download the app or sign in under Service NSW. We have to obey these rules if we wish to remain open, so if we all do the right thing, stay safe we will remain open. See more

04.01.2022 Vince's Restaurant is OPEN and trading but the phone is not working. Telstra are on to it but I can not hurry it up anymore then what I have. Due to the line being "dead" I can not divert the phone either. So until its up and working please come into the club and order your takeaways. The Club is also experiencing issues with our phone and a new system will be installed soon.
