24.01.2022 Has there ever been a single tree that has captured the attention of more people than this one? I don’t know the answer but I can see why 'that Wanaka tree' is so popular. Here is my take from a few years back.

20.01.2022 'COUNTDOWN TO IGNITION' - This is another image from a series of shots I was fortunate enough to capture earlier in the year of a storm which set the hills of Cape Le Grand National Park ablaze.

11.01.2022 Watching an adult whale and her calf lazing about in the shallow clear water is a pretty enjoyable way to spend a sunny winter’s day.

04.01.2022 I decided to share this particular image as I really like the rippled patterns which the drifting seaweed has formed on the the sea floor beneath these two whales. However what I am still a little unsure about is wether I am happy with the slightly blurred, painted effect created by photographing the whales whilst they were just beneath the surface of the water, rather than waiting for them to surface. What do you think, is it a keeper and worthy of a print, or just another harddrive filler??

03.01.2022 This ridge of red rock and spinifex caught my eye whilst out and about on a recent trip, so naturally I had to take a photo of it..
