24.01.2022 Going away for Easter? If you leave your home for a long period of time, it's always recommend that you shut off the water to your house. If that's not possible due to gardening systems ,at least the dishwasher and washing machine lines.... Check any flexible pipes for rust like this under basins,kitchens and toilets. You don't want your holiday spoiled by coming home to a flooded house. Happy Easter everyone.

21.01.2022 Do you have a high water bill and can't see where the leak is coming from? It could be coming from your gardening system. very often small leaks occur around solenoids and fine tree roots wrap around the leak masking the leak entirely.

20.01.2022 I will be installing this bad boy on a rainwater system that feeds the whole house. Using carbon filters to reduce the amount of "rust" coming from gum leaves that fall on the roof and stain the water going into the rainwater tanks. 18.01.2022 Are your downpipes being dragged away from the house? Its from ground movement. BUT, when the pipes move they also crack, then when it rains water enters the soil around the downpipe making the situation worse. Call to have yours inspected, we can advise and fix the issue. Because as we all know...Winter is coming!

This video shows a gas isolation valve with an old rubber connection which is no longer allowed to be installed on gas pipes as they can become loose and leak easily once the rubber starts deteriorating. Have a look around your gas appliances and if you see a nut that looks like this. Give me a call.
