24.01.2022 This evening at 5:40pm a number of CFA Brigades across the State, including us here at the Drysdale Fire Brigade, will be sounding our Sirens four times as a mark of respect to the four Victoria Police Officers who tragically lost their lives in the line of duty last week. This will mark a minute of silence for each of the officers. There is no reason to be concerned or alarmed should you hear the siren during this time, we ask that you can join us in observing a minutes silence from your driveway to honour:

16.01.2022 Smoke alarms must be replaced every ten years. Replacing the unit with a lithium battery powered alarm means you won’t need to change the battery for the life of the alarm!
11.01.2022 #StayAtHome and make sure your smoke alarm is working! This Sunday, when you turn the clock back - here’s the best way to make sure it is in good working order. It’s free of dust and cobwebs It beeps and has a 10 year lithium battery If it is older than 10 years, time to replace it

02.01.2022 Cooking in the kitchen is the single largest cause of fires in the home. A fire in your kitchen can cause extensive damage. Kitchen fires are responsible for a high level of personal injury. Pay attention in the kitchen
