25.01.2022 So here we go with a shout out to the incredibly talented and beautiful artist Keeta (often referred too as "The Colonel"), For so many years now since our farm was wiped out this lady has worked tirelessly creating thousands of catchers which have graced almost every marketplace in Sth East Qld and now hang proudly in many homes around the world. But what most wouldnt know is that she had developed and carried for a while now a crippling arm injury (i know what your thinkin...g, injured Dreamcatching....who even does that) which all jokes aside she has pushed through relentlessly in an effort to always keep the store stocked and now of course she is also following her passion and dreams of working with Children. Well unfortunately the time has come to step in and actually stop her from breaking herself, and with that comes the sadness of Dunkee no longer attending markets, no longer will there be a random small Dunkee store with a hairy monster sitting quietly up the back reading a book. But please understand folks that Dunkee will always be a most important part of our lives which we always will be incredibly proud and grateful to it and what it has done to get this family through and so we will always be open to custom and personal orders over the internet and will be advertising our available stock here as its created piece by piece and of course you will catch up with us more as our Death By Chilli and Griffs Green Acres side continues to grow, and maybe in the future we may start attending special festivals and events as they pop up and we are invited. But for now the DunKee crew must say Adios and farewell and Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far and please always feel free to inquire about any product or special order you may be thinking of. 25.01.2022 Hi folks, i just had to share this incredible catcher Keeta made for a very special custom order for the Daughter of some very special friends of ours, this was the 61st of these globes Keeta has ever made and the the only one with any colour added outside of Black & White, this catcher was incredibly important to me personally and this version will with much pride and love be known as "Cheyennes Gift"...just simply a cracker.

19.01.2022 Something a bit different to start the day, i just love this photo of my very own Grizzly Bear husband Dunk and his friend the beautiful and incredibly esteemed professor, Lecturer and researcher Dr J, Nene Karen who had dropped into Eumundi markets to say hello. We love this friendship here at DunKee as it is such a great example of how two very different people are able to find a common ground on to stand together and how that acceptance is so important in this world, i thi...nk like most who can manage to get past my husbands sometimes tough fearsome presence and open themselves up to him Dr J has Dunk worked out and is happy to challenge him back which is what he is asking of you, good on you girl you rock and we are proud that you would accept his small sign of respect, and thank you for capturing a rare photo of my notoriously camera shy husband and my very favorite of his smiles the genuine Griffiths eyes smile. 18.01.2022 We are just finishing off a whole bunch of these little versions of DunKee Natural Designs feathered mirrors to go along with Keetas always popular large version, getting ready for our busiest time of year and its going to be great to have some actual stock of these in all the colours this year.
