23.01.2022 Club Champion shoutout . Double trouble . Carly and Erin - a couple of amazing girls that love a tough workout, are now proud additions to our 100 session champions club.... . Both have trained in gyms before but were looking for a fresh challenge. Since joining the family here they have made amazing progress. But it is just as much about mindset as it is the quality of training service offered. . It all happened when they did an F45 Playoff test. It destroyed them and it changed them. They wanted to improve, their next Playoff score dramatically. From that point on, their training intensity went to a totally different level. They now train with impressive focus and intent. . Strength is way up, fitness is impressive and despite the disruptions of COVID-19 they will no doubt be setting some impressive results in this Sundays Playoff tests. . 22.01.2022 Lockdown Update LOCKDOWN LIFTED NOON TODAY Good news team, Easter is on and life continues. The COVID-19 Lockdown will be lifted at noon today.... The afternoon classes we had scheduled (6PM and 7PM) are still on AND we have scheduled a5PM class as well. Masks for Next 2 Weeks Mask wearing is now a requirement again. You must wear your mask on entry and when exiting the studio. We recommend you leave it on until you start your workout, but youdo notneed to wear it during your workout. If you would prefer to keep your mask on then please do so. We want everyone to feel safe in studio. We will see you all this afternoon to get on a pre-chocolate, heavy Pathers session.

17.01.2022 F45 Challenge Results - Dan L . Continuing the theme of power couples, Dan is up next - partner of Ashlee. Both are F45 veterans. They trained at another F45 studio on the other side of town. After moving home they got back into the F45 swing of things at their local - us . Again, Dan is an intense trainer. Once he sets his mind to a goal he is pretty determined to get there. Lets see what he did over the 45 days of the Challenge... . body fat down -7.5kg 6.5% reduction in body fat 50% reduction in Visceral fat level Muscle gain just under 1.0kg Total circumference 22.5cm down Completed, on average, 7+ classes a week during the Challenge . Dan was often seen in the studio twice a day. We do not recommend people train more than once a day if you are giving it a red hot go. The body needs time to rest and recover. But, he had a good discipline of having days off. This provided a good balance to his fitness routine to ensure his body had time to recover. . These are some impressive numbers Dan. 13.01.2022 Club Champion shoutout This is Liz. She trains at F45. You can tell by her awesome guns. But, to be clear, Liz doesn’t need to train at F45. She is one of the 5% of the population that can motivate themselves to train at home. Most people come to F45 because they can’t motivate themselves to exercise, don’t know what to do in a gym, get the creepy crawlies in the gym or just get bored so quickly.... Liz came to F45 already fit, strong and self motivated. She knew her way around a barbell. So, why train at F45? Training alone is, well..... lonely. Training in a small, supportive community is such a better way to spend your scarce free time. Anyway, having our trainers on her back has shown Liz there is more strength and endurance possible out of that impressive rig of hers. 11.01.2022 Club Champion shoutout Reaching a milestone like 100 sessions is cool. But when you get to celebrate it with your backup dancers, then it is just next level. Liam joined our humble little clan last year with buddy Jared. Together they set about changing a bunch of lifestyle habits. Naturally, what came from that was a big shift in fitness and strength.... and waistline.... She may look half asleep when she stumbles into class at 5:00am, but dont let that fool you. She trains like a rocket. She is possessed by the same demons that inhabit Dan L - she is driven to achieve goals, aggressively. 07.01.2022 F45 Challenge Results - Carly S . Carly is our next Challenge competition entrant. What can we say about this girl? How about inspirational! . Carly threw herself at the Challenge. She had goals that were important to her and she was focused on achieving them. She embraced the journey, asked questions, engaged and challenged herself. ... . We take extra care when young women like Carly want to change their body composition. She is already fit and slim. But, making further changes was important to her. The plan was to ensure she took the time to learn about her body and the process. Carly knew what she was doing. She ensured she was eating enough of the right stuff to power through her workouts and support her strength development. She regularly checked into her weekly 1:1 coaching calls to discuss hurdles and adapt to her energy levels. Carly didnt need to count calories. She just had to be mindful of what she ate and listen to what her body was telling her. . When it comes to training, Carly is a machine. Most of Carlys goals for the Challenge were strength related: pushups, planks, and an upcoming F45 Playoff score. She is very comfortable getting uncomfortable. Shell lift heavy, train with intensity and make sure her training buddy Erin stays on her toes. It goes both ways - Erin and Carly feed off each other and get the very best from each other. . 07.01.2022 Club Champion shoutouts . The achievers keep achieving. Heres another couple of champions joining our illustrious 100 session champions club. . Married couple Andrew and Karen crossed the line within a few sessions of each other. For the record, Karen was first to join our family and first to join the 100 champions club. But, whos counting right!? ... . Karen was looking to get fitter and healthier when she entered the front door. Now you will find her benching heavy, popping out shoot throughs and doing planks for kicks. . Andrew was doing gym but was curious after Karen would not stop going on and on and on about F45 Training. So, Andrew came in to see what the fuss was about. Gym membership was cancelled soon after. Now he is fitter than ever and lifting more than what he was at gym. . Andrew has had to make some changes. He cant pose in front of the mirror after each set (we dont do mirrors) and now he has no time to take selfies for his insta fans. Too busy working up a sweat. Since joining she has smashed out F45 Challenges, set incredible goals, trained with intensity and has become an amazing part of our humble community. . Patrice has become so fit and capable. It has everything to do with her commitment to a routine and challenging herself. Take this as an example. We casually suggested she take on a progressive plank goa...l during her first F45 Challenge. You know, start at 30 secs and then build it up each week of the Challenge. 04.01.2022 Club Champion shoutout . This was a late delivery but we got there. Stew flew through to the 100-session champions club so fast we missed it. Lucky we caught up with him long enough to recognise his milestone achievement. . Stay tuned though. 250 sessions?... . Stew jumped on a kickstart program just before the COVID forced closure. He resumed just as we kicked off outdoor bootcamps. He has been averaging 11 workouts a week. That is a lot. But, the man is fit and knows how to rest and recover. . Like many of us, 2020 has been a disruptive year. But, F45 has given Stew a place of sanctuary - a place of self development and connecting with good people. . The relationship Anthony has with fitness is a little, love-hate. He loves to hate it . But, regardless, he gets it done and is a better human because of it.... . One of his training partners is Elise. She is a very special person. Strong, confident, she is an educator and now she has joined the elite crew of the 500 session champions club. . People train at F45 for different reasons - health and well-being is common. For others like Elise this is true, but it also keeps her sane.
