I’m Tess and I’m in currently completing my final clinic placement at uni to become a qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a BHS (Bachelor of He...alth Science) in Nutritional Medicine. Nutritional Medicine follows a holistic evidence based approach to nutritional care with the client whole biological, psychological and social wellbeing and health considered and the root cause of any health concerns treated, not just the symptoms. If you have wanted to come and see a nutritionist before, but were put off by the price ( it can be expensive!) then now is your chance, initial consultations are 90minutes long and only $20 and follow up consultations are only $15 (45-60minutes). All consultations are held at the Wellnation student Clinic at Endevour Collage of Natural Health. I can help you with digestive issues, IBS, finding food sensitivities or intolerances, fertility and preconception support for both men and women, 4th trimester/ postnatal care, low energy, breastfeeding support and milk production- the list is endless. All student practioners are supervised by qualified Dietians, Naturopath’s and Clinical Nutritionists. Obstacle Courses are a great way to test every aspect of physical fitness (Cardio, endurance, strength, power, agility, balance, coordination, speed, flexibility) and get people to work as a team. Team work towards a goal creates a bond between like minded people who are there to help and motivate each other to complete the task at hand.

Thursday 02 Nov 17 Subiaco Primary School - Subiaco Yoga - 6pm Working hard during the day with consistent training requires you to still take the time out to recover with simple meditation and breathing control techniques whilst adopting specific body postures for relaxation.
