I battle depression and anxiety and I’m so lucky to have an amazing support team of family, friends and doctors to turn to when things are dark for me. I know I couldn’t do it alone so I extend my hand to you if you need to talk about yourself or someone else. ... 06.01.2022 Shout out to Mr P’S Bakery for their freshly baked bread for two orders this morning! If you haven’t already then you should get in store (they are next to Coles) to check out their wide range of breads, sourdoughs and pull-a-parts as well as their cakes, sliced and tarts for the sweet tooth!

03.01.2022 I just want to give a shout out to Michelle of The Healing Hands Therapy Room! A few weeks ago a community member gave us a mention for helping them while in iOS. Michelle stepped forward and offered the business owners mentioned a complementary massage. So on Friday I had my massage and all I can say is wow!! Michelle’s hands are magic!! Poor Michelle had her work cut out for her when I laid on the table but an hour later she’d worked through a series of knots in my shoulde...r and back that no one else had come close to in the last 12 months. Michelle went above and beyond with her service doing an amazing job in just an hour and although she had a schedule to keep I know she wouldn’t have let me leave until she was happy. She also took the time to explain certain things that she was doing and the effects they had. I didn’t realise how much pain I was unnecessarily living with due to the state of my back. Not to mention, I have a shoulder injury from a couple of years ago that’s been playing up lately leaving me in pain for about 95% of movement. After Michelle worked her magic on Friday, only about 5% of movement in my shoulder now results in pain. This in itself is amazing! Michelle has converted me to a regular! I highly highly recommend The Healing Hands Therapy Room and the beautiful Michelle

03.01.2022 Giving a shout out to our friends at Mr P's Bakery, thank you for the deliciously fresh bread you supply us with! If you haven’t already then pop in (they are next to Coles across form MacDonald’s) and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. They have something for everyone from savoury to sweet and with a selection of breads, sourdough and pull aparts. Their neenish tarts are huge and the birthday mad cake is so delicious (yes i bolus’ed for every carb)
