17.01.2022 It’s time for a recipe! ~ A home-made healthy muesli bar that actually tastes good??? STEP RIGHT UP!... What you’ll need: 1/4 cup @tropeaka Boost Protein 1/8 cup Oats 1 TBSP Desiccated Coconut 1/8 cup Buckinis 1 tsp Flax Seeds 1 TBSP Almonds cut roughly 1 TBSP - Crushed Peanuts 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds 1 TBSP Walnuts cut roughly 1/8 cup Rice Puffs 2 TBSP Cashews 50g Smooth Natural Peanut Butter 25g Rice Malt Syrup 3 & 1/2 TBSP Coconut Milk (drinking) Optional - 5 Squares of Loving Earth Creamy Chocolate Method: 1. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius fan forced. In a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix together. Then add wet ingredients and mix together. 2. Lay mixture into a pan and press down to create a slab that you’ll want to cut into your muesli bars! 3. (Optional) Cut loving earth chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle on top. 4. Then bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Let cool on the bench and refrigerate - don’t cut until it’s completely cooled and set! Super easy and FULL of nutritious whole foods to feed your tummy
