22.01.2022 For those that dont know, I own and lease Super Cellars Bomaderry to a Berry local in Jeff Dudgeon. This Bottleshops viability is directly linked to this hotels viability. If Jeff cant pay the rent its harder to prop up the pub that has ongoing expenses and no income. Supporting Jeff also keeps the national chains on their toes, we all know how they took over petrol and then ramped the prices up. Do our community a favour and support this Beery local, Jeff spends his pr...ofits locally and I can guarantee my rent is staying in Berry for the foreseeable future so that this pub can kickstart again as soon as were allowed. If you cant shop with Jeff then support Lee at the IGA or Justin at Justin Lill Wines or my other shop Manning Street Cellars, leased to David in Kiama. As a business we are in great shape, again this is thanks to your support and the hard work of our staff. We have no doubt we will be back, we can see our way through even the most unimaginably long shut down. We have planned for this closure for several weeks now and timed our run perfectly. We are now working through getting positive outcomes for our staff and from there o...ur attention will move to planning our reopening so that we bounce back bigger than ever and can not just deliver jobs back to our staff but pick up others that have no jobs to return to. I am actually excited by the challenge and am confident that we can deliver for our town that suffered through the bush fires and now the Corona Virus. 11.01.2022 We look forward to reopening for intimate bookings of 10 in the near future, were just waiting for our floorboards to be sanded and polished next week before we get back into it. The walls have been painted and we have updated our dining tables and chairs. We will have some photos of the finished job in a week or so. There are exciting times ahead.
