24.01.2022 We want to let everyone know that the Salami Festa in not cancelled. It is on hold pending the result of the public gatherings rule, due to be updated on 14th June. We are still holding all tickets as per the requests and once we have the advice as to whether we can hold the event, we will make the decision then. If you have reserved tickets we will be in touch if we are going ahead, and will request payment then.

24.01.2022 Unfortunately, due to the recommendations of the Australian Government and health authorities regarding non essential, organised gatherings of more than 500 people, we have made the decision to cancel the 2020 Griffith Salami judging and Salami Festa. We are disappointed, but we look forward to seeing you all again in 2021. People that booked for this year and had tickets reserved will get first preference for next year.Till we meet again, we wish you all good health, saluti alla prossima ! Once we list the event date for next year we will start taking requests for tickets, but not until the event has been created on this site.

19.01.2022 Leave the car at home on Sunday, there is very limited parking at Pioneer Park, so catch the free bus from the visitors centre, running from 11am till 12.30pm, ...and then bringing people back from 3.30pm till 5pm. Buses will not be able to park at the Festa, buses will be able to drop off and pick up only. See more
