23.01.2022 So much fun and exploration was had in the centre this morning! Tactile play is absolutely crucial for the development of a child. We love introducing your children to something new as often as we possibly can. Sensory play provides all kinds of long term benefits for child development. It can help support fine motor skills, cognitive development and even language skills.

21.01.2022 Parachute time is the BEST time! We find that our little ones and parents look forward to parachute time on our centre mats. This is a special activity we enjoy during every class and play level. Parachute time is used in different ways between each level of play development. In our younger levels it is used for visual-tracking and depth perception. For our older children, they can start to recognise objects and use their hand-eye coordination to catch a star! Every moment is MAGIC.

We here at Gymboree Play & Music pride ourselves on facilitating activities that will help your child not only grow, but flourish. 05.01.2022 Like everyone in Greater Brisbane, we are very pleased to hear that the lockdown has ended since 6pm yesterday. This note is to keep you all updated that we will be continue to wear masks at our center just as we all have to do when shopping or moving around in our community. As part of our safety precautions, we also ask that you could continue to wear masks when coming for classes which will continue to occur in our communitiy for the next ten days till 22nd January.
