The market was firm to dearer with some very strong competition from Local and Southern buyers. Weaner steers reached $1100 to average $733 and Weaner Heifers made to $1000 and averaged $667. 09.01.2022 Hayes & Co yarded a smaller number of cattle at todays Sarina Store Sale. With some good falls of rain in the area, several consignments from the ranges were unable to make it to the sale. Prices remained firm for the yarding of very good quality Steers with some strong local competition returning all the cattle to local paddocks.
