22.01.2022 WELCOME TO 2021 !! Here we are back again for another year. The dates for the 2021 Tai Chi and Qigong workshops and courses are now available on www.hbtaichi.com.au. The first workshop and course will be held in March - see events or the website for more information. Weekly class will commence at the start of February. Also look out for me at Be Active Be Alive in Bargara during February/March.

19.01.2022 It's getting to the end of the year very quickly. I have just locked in the dates for the last workshop and course that I will be offering for 2020 with limited spaces for each. Thursday class at 5:30pm continues.

18.01.2022 I'll be at the Health and Wellness Expo so if you have any questions about Tai Chi or Qigong this will be a great opportunity to come and ask me. I will also be sharing a demo that you can join in if you want a bit of Qigong fun.



18.01.2022 Join me in Schuhkraft Park Bargara from Monday 3 February at 5:30pm for 8 weeks of free Tai Chi and Qigong classes with the Bundaberg Council's Be Active Be Alive Program. For those in Bundaberg, classes will continue at IWC Gym on Thursdays at 5:30pm - $12 for 1hr class.

15.01.2022 GREAT NEWS - WEEKLY CLASS IS BACK !! The weekly Tai Chi and Qigong class will resume from next Thursday 18 June 2020. There will be a limit as to how many people can be in the class and COVID-19 guidelines will be followed for the safety of everyone. It's great to be back

08.01.2022 FREE CLASSES I'm participating in the Be Active Be Alive program again with 4 free sessions at Alexandra Park Bundaberg. Tuesday evenings at 5:30pm from 20 October 2020.

04.01.2022 Free classes - two more weeks only. For anyone who wants to try a free Tai Chi and Qigong class, there are only two more weeks of the Be Active Be Alive program. Park classes are Mondays 5:30pm at Schuhkraft Park Bargara (last free class 23 March) If you're not free on Mondays, come to the Tai Chi and Qigong class at IWC Gym on Thursdays at 5:30pm. 1 hr class $12. All welcome and no experience required.

04.01.2022 It's already the Autumn equinox. This year is going so quickly which means that I must be having fun . March has been a big month with the Workshop and Form course booked out. Next ones will be in June - watch out for FB events to book your spot. Weekly classes continue Thursdays 5:30pm at IWC where we have been having some fun playing with yinyang energy. p.s. 02.01.2022 Whilst we are patiently waiting for restrictions to ease a little bit more so that we can run classes and workshops again, here is another Qigong video that you can enjoy.
