This could be a walk with a friend, gym, yoga or dancing or a sport. #- Food/ supplementation - knowledge is power - focus on 80% whole foods and 20% for a little bit of fun. Focus on nourishing your body ...to suit yourhwalth and wellness goals. Eating is a excessive deficit will not always result in fatloss. Find someone educated in nutrition to assist you with your calorie intake- if anyone needs help in this area, I am qialified to help. #- Sleep - are you getting enough - set some rules around sleep - what time you must be in bed - what time you have to be up. Aim for no less then 7hrs a night. #- Hydration - are you drinking enough?? Be sure to actually calculate your water intake and make sure you are staying hydrated. #- Mindset - same as every other muscle in the body, if you dont work it, it works you. Grab yourself a journal and just start with writing down 5 things you are grateful for everyday. You cannot be anxious and grateful at the same time. 13.01.2022 CHECK HER OUT @channymf girl you are an inspiration to me and so many other women out there Keeping going girl So proud of you Words from the gorgeous gal herself ... Exactly 9 months ago today I signed up for a 12 week program with Shellie at HMB Collective. I had already lost 41kgs and was 8 months into my transformation but was struggling to find balance between my mind and body and have the correct education with my diet to continue my body transformation. In the last 9 months there has been so many hurdles with my mental health and acceptance of my new body and each week Shellie has been by my side coaching me and educating me to see the real transformation I have undergone. 04.01.2022 Super excited to share my gorgeous client @sig_x.o results over the past 4 weeks When Sigrid first came to me she was 6 weeks deep into the isolation period with no training due to the closure of gyms around Cairns and little motivation & equipment to train from home. Pretty sure many of us can relate to those feels We initially started with strength training and focusing on the main lifts and some accessory work. ... The nutrition side came a little later when her training was in full swing. Nutrition tracking wasnt something Sigrid had done much of at all so this was definitely an area that required some learning. We have started her in a calorie deficit to drop a little body fat and as you can see its the results are showing I am super excited to see where this girl goes with her training and nutrition in the coming weeks.
