19.01.2022 Theres a missing piece of wisdom when it comes to the universal laws, here it is: YOUR EXPERIENCE OF THE WHOLE WORLD IS A REFLECTION OF YOUR INNER WORLD! If you want to align with your greatest good on the outside, Eg: Abundance, True love, Peace, etc... First align with your greatest self inside, then go with the flow. Once you are aligned with your greatest (true) self, everything your heart truly desires will flow gracefully into your life experience! We have the power to choose thoughts that feel good and bring better feeling situations or thoughts that keep us stuck in pain and brings more of the same. Either way, it's our choice!

07.01.2022 Cause and effect When we look at life as coming from the outside/happening to us, we easily fall into blame and sadness when things are not going as we would like them to be, this is a pattern created through false beliefs that stem from the belief that we are a victim to what is and keeps us stuck in these unwanted situations. When we realise our world is a reflection coming from inside us we are then in a space of empowerment! Knowing that our situations and relationships are the effect and not the cause, we can stop, take a breather and ask our self 'what can I do to change this'?, which is a statement of the power we have within us, and when we act from a space of love and empowerment our actions will reflect this and so will our outcomes! So remember the inner is the cause and the outer the effect!

07.01.2022 Did you know that anytime you react to someone or something in an emotionally negative way, you are actually reacting from a time in the past. Anytime you have a strong unloving emotion you are seeing the other person or situation through an old unhealed wound that's being triggered in the present. Did you also know that this is the reason why a lot of marriages fail and why the parent/child relationship becomes strenuous and difficult. The love you once shared seems to be ov...ertaken by disappointment, anger and pain. Our relationships are our greatest arena for healing and growth and its through the challenges that we face that can either cause us to open our hearts and grow in love or the more common way, feeling defeated and closing our hearts and losing the once beautiful connections we felt for our partner, children, friend or even colleague. 06.01.2022 Success! What does success mean to you? Is it a final goal? A feeling you will only allow your self to feel once you have finally achieved something you want? ... This is what I thought success meant for me as most people do! I was never going to feel the energy of success this way there was always going to be something that got in the way of really feeling it, something more to strive for, some reason why I don't yet feel successful, so I decided to really sit with myself and take a good look at what success actually meant for me! And I realized that for me success is a feeling of accomplishment EVERYDAY! Every day being true to who I am, honoring my values, and honoring my inner voice. If you really want to feel the energy of success then decide what it really means for you! Not what another defines as success and find your success in each day and be proud of yourself for doing the best you can and for who you are. P.S Aligning with the feeling of success within yourself will attract outer success to you much quicker and easier than pushing and striving will anyway! :)

03.01.2022 Love is never really lost, it just becomes obscured by the painful thoughts and beliefs of the mind. If you take a really good look you can find love everywhere, love between strangers you see on the street, the love between a parent and there children, the love of the sun shining on your face... Be kind to yourself today, take a risk and open your heart to see the love that is there. Remembering what you focus on expands in your life, so focus on love wherever/however you can and you will find more love, but if you focus on the lack of it then that will be your experience! The law of attraction says that we attract into our life the matching energies to us, this means that there is no mistake in who you've attracted into your life. If you are faced with issues in your relationships then it's time to take a look at how you value and love yourself. When you accept the reality that your partner, child, boss or friend is your reflection, then you have the awareness to change, heal or grow within yourself and create better circumstances in your relationships. Don't try to change another it's useless and a waste of your precious energy, use this opportunity to see where you need to change, step into your power and out of victimhood so love can feel ever present in your heart and your relationships will change accordingly.
