18.01.2022 Home Caring is home care based organisation, specialised in providing care services to Elderly and Disability at their own home. Our employees can speak at least two (2) languages fluently to optimize the support service to the client who has limited or no English background. Currently, Home Caring Inala is recruiting a number of positions with the following capabilities: Position: Support Worker / Assistant in Nursing/Personal Carer... Requirement : A genuine willingness and ability to demonstrate care and compassion towards clients. Demonstrated ability to carry out the physical demands of the Support Worker position. High level of personal integrity, confidentiality, and discretion Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Ability to complete documentation tasks. Current driver’s license, fully comprehensive insurance, and a willingness to drive your own vehicle and mobile phone required for a job. First Aid & CPR Certificate. Current First Aid Certificate and National Criminal Record Check. Minimum Certificate III Aged Care/Individual/Disability Support. Positive P Blue Card. Yellow Card Available to work at least two (3) days a week (not including weekend). Starting salary: $28+ / hour exclude mileage travel from one client to another client home and traveling service required by clients. We have weekend and public holiday penalty rate applied.
