25.01.2022 Fab night out, what another great year with so many accomplishments. A few starting with new running goals, 5 new triathletes, lots of strength building and then others just training so they can keep drinking ( no names mentioned) .... before any more pics emerge, my proof in the comments, calories counteracted Thanks for a fantastic year! Bootcamp will continue as usual, only closing 30/12 to 09/01

Keeping pricing low as it’s understandable that jobs are being lost Please message to book in sessions you know you are able to attend, and allow 12 hr to cancel if you need to, in order to offer your spot to others. 09.01.2022 Outdoor Group fitness sessions at this stage are still running as usual, alongside the guidelines of Fitness Australia. ..... it’s a good jog between stations Please remember to bring personal towels. Spray and wipe on hand and workouts programmed in accordance to guidelines, zero partner drills. Group numbers are small with LOTS of open space! Exercise is SO important for Mental health!!! ... 05.01.2022 A Massive Congratulations to our challenge winners! URSULA GRACE taking out the cash prize, losing a staggering amount of 29 cm in total and 7.5 kg!! This lady is unbreakable, 7 bootcamp sessions plus a park run EVERY week 100 % effort, well done! Our runner up, SHEREE AUDIBERT, winning our hamper, lost a tremendous 15 cm in total and has held strong throughout with consistent strength gains and noticeable fitness progressions. Awesome Job! Overall our 23 challengers shred a combined total of 199.5 cm and 36 KG!!! Congrats to everyone, as each and every one of you have dropped in cms. CHALLENGE CONQUERED
