23.01.2022 Training overview Currently doing very little conditioning work because I’m trying to put on as much muscle as I can, am I enjoying this new program? Not really, but I have to see it through. I like to suffer when I train, but not all sessions need to leave you feeling ruined, it’s just not sustainable! Calories Training volume ... Body weight Learning new ways to train and always being on top of the game. See more

22.01.2022 Coaching Rant You give your client a bunch of exercises that you think are the best movements in the world because A, they worked for you, or B, they worked for someone else. But unfortunately this doesn’t work for 100% of the population, not all movements can or even should be performed by some people given their training history, body mechanics and even just their genetic makeup. You need to prescribe something that is going to take them through a wide range of motion...s and stress their muscles to get them stronger. Or you need to give them things that they are actually there for based on ones goals. Swallow your pride and fix the problem, be the solution and just remember just because something worked for you, doesn’t mean it’s going to work for everyone. Rant over See more

20.01.2022 Playing around with some singles today. Built up to 240kg and felt like I had a little left in the tank.

19.01.2022 Everyone wants legs worth bragging about but they aren’t willing to put in the hours and hours of effort to get them. Chase what you want and don’t stop till you have it.

18.01.2022 Failing sucks, but without it success never really feels as good. 6 months ago, missing this weight would of pissed me off and I would of chucked a tantrum like a little baby. I guess training for me now is more then just hitting a weight or missing it. ... With all the hectic shit happening in the world at the moment the last thing your training should do is bring you down and leave you feeling destroyed and terrible! Training should be your small window of the day to throw weight around, run, climb, downward dog, sweat and move, or whatever it is you enjoy doing. Breath more, relax more and just be in the moment when your training, if you have a bad session. Who cares, Atleast you go the chance to have a session. See more

15.01.2022 Was going to write some inspiration shit but I got nothing! Coffee and sun, summer, yes please!

14.01.2022 Throwback to warmer days

14.01.2022 I like to take the do as I do approach with coaching, not in every aspect, but I want to show my clients that I work as equally as hard in the gym chasing the results I want. It’s easy to tell someone to do something but I want to show you, I want to show you how your going to achieve those things that once seemed impossible. ... Walk the walk, keep your mouth closed. 14.01.2022 Chipper For time 30 Squat Cleans 30 Double Unders... 30 Burpee over Bar 30 Double Unders 30 Box Jump overs 30 Double Unders 30 Pull-ups 30 Double Unders 30 Thrusters *30/42.5kg This was fun, not too long. 13.01.2022 Slipping up or getting off track slightly is apart of it. Don’t beat yourself up, just accept it and get back on track. You wouldn’t go and slash your other three tyres if you got a puncture in one, just think about that. Thoughts for your Sunday

10.01.2022 Pretty in pink Have an epic weekend

09.01.2022 If your offended easily, keep scrolling. There any SO many ways to improve your physique, fitness or just general health with exercise. You can adjust frequency, volume, tempo, timing elements, so many ways. But one thing that your probably not doing if you have been training for a while is increasing your intensity, and to put it not so kindly, your being fucking soft! Your not pushing yourself own boundaries enough to challenge yourself and really test what you can d...o. You can have the most perfectly structured training program in the world but if there isn’t a peak where the intensity is super high then how are you going to know what you can do, you deserve that and owe it to yourself! It doesn’t have to be all the time, but when it’s go time, harden the fuck up, slap on some beats and push your limits! Without challenge, there is no change Jase out! See more

08.01.2022 Building phase, just trying to put on as much muscle I can in the next 6 weeks. Then I go into a conditioning only phase with a little bit of accessory work to maintain muscle mass whilst I die slowly if you interested in how I train, shoot me a message.

08.01.2022 Working hard is an option. Whatever you decide to do, do it to the best of your ability

07.01.2022 Safety bar lunges. Loving this movement at the moment, the safety bar, upright supported step back lunge. You take out a small amount of the balance challenge by holding the uprights. The safety bar sits comfortably on tour shoulders and you can really focus on getting into a solid position.

06.01.2022 Another one! Just because I miss my second home!

05.01.2022 Habits Let’s just say everyday you have 2 beers of a night time, then 6 months down the track you have somehow put on some weight and feel super lethargic. That’s just a small habit over time that he led you down a road that you didn’t even plan on travelling.... Now, change that habit and go for a 20 minute walk daily after dinner and 6 months down the track you have improved health markers and dropped a few extra kilos as well. Changes don’t have to be crazy, but you need to be consistent to see results. Build a habit and be consistent with it. Also, beer is good. I’m not telling you to not drink beer, maybe just not every night Jase See more

03.01.2022 Read this for the perfect training program. Jokes, it doesn’t exist, not one program is ideal for everyone and we shouldn’t be striving to find the greatest program what we should always strive for though is consistency and work ethic, work your arse off and do it regularly! That is a far more powerful combination then any program will give you! ... Here is me taking this for a little hump! Enjoy! Jase, out! See more

03.01.2022 It’s just the lighting and post workout pump

01.01.2022 I recently had a small surgery, I have been on bed rest now for a week. What have I learnt? I have learnt that actual hard gym sessions isn’t everything when it comes to fitness.... I have done a lot of stretching, breathing and meditation and I actually feel really good in myself. So here is me, in bed, with my quads out like the yogi that I have become See more

01.01.2022 A staple in a good strength/hypertrophy program The Good Morning. In terms of bang for your buck exercises this is up there with the best of the best for building hamstring and lower back strength. ... Whilst maintaining a neutral/flat back, start by softly bending the knees, then hinge or push your hips backwards until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings, stand up aggressively and squeeze your glutes.
