As humans, we find safety knowing what is the worst thing that can happen, however this can wreak havoc on our nervous system and we end up in flight or flight mode. Anxiety can show up in many different ways but can include a racing mind, irregular heart beat, sweating, fast breathing, nausea, and nervousness - just to name a few. . Break down what the belief is, where if came from, and is it really true? Create a new belief based on the person you want to be. ... If you want a better experience in life - Honour the parts of you that felt unsafe or unsure, then found proof as to why you were right. As humans we love proof. ‘I told you so’ can be a bigger dopamine hit than a line of the white stuff. Find proof in your own life or model another’s that have done what you aspire to do. 14.01.2022 Find your edge. Lean into it. Leap. For so long Ive witnessed my own edges in life but fear held me back from leaning in and leaping. Leaning in is where you feel the fear, as if you were on a cliff and you get tingles in your feet that radiate up through your body. Leaping is the almighty dive into what you want to do, or know you have to do in order to level up. For me the edge has been a number of things - communicating my truth, communicating whats on my heart, sh...owing up and expanding when all I want to do is contract. Its doing what feels uncomfortable. Its doing what is needed to be done beyond my safety barrier or comfort zone. Its feeling the adrenaline rush and knowing the bliss-state that awaits on the other side. I am someone who knows that on the other side of fear is growth. I generally look that fear face on and get excited for the opportunity to unlock the next level. By continuing to show up to my own edges, I show up for my clients too. In the past week Ive faced some of my shadows head on and armed myself with the tools to have a safe landing following the leap. Funnily enough its reflected in what some of my clients are moving through also. This morning I had a client who has to face a massive edge in a few months, so we are in prep phase for this. Today she did the inner work to discover what her current edge is, and went in for the leap. She felt all the things, leaped and landed on her feet. She could have let fear hold her back. She could have let her story hold her back. She could have played small. But she didnt. And now shes unlocked the next level. There are millions on YouTube or via apps. Or if you want a personalised one, send me a message. Ill record you one to suit your needs and time you have available BREATHWORK. This can be as simple as 10 deep breaths - inhale to the count of 6, hold for 6, exhale for 8. Repeat 10 times. GRATITUDE. Get grateful for all that you have, all that youve learnt and for the fact youre alive and breathing. KINDNESS. Go and do 3 random acts of kindness. Help someone out, donate to a charity, buy someone lunch, assist a neighbour. No need to post about it on social media, do it quietly and humbly. PLAY. Dance, sing, make love - shift energy through movement, sound and orgasm. BELIEVE. Believe in your own inner peace, and world peace. Hold the intention of peace for all beings. REST. 09.01.2022 We are wired to have an understanding of the worst case scenario of a situation, in case we need to jump into fight or flight. . However, staying in the what-ifs and maybes can create anxious thoughts (anxiety) and effect our whole life at times. Moving into a space of asking yourself what is the BEST case scenario once youve considered the worst opens up the opportunity to explore the polarity in a situation. If all your energy is going into worrying about the worst that c...ould happen, youre manifesting that reality. Let yourself considering the best that could happen and see what changes . Take a moment to reflect on something thats causing you anxious thoughts at the moment, and ask yourself What could be the best case scenario here and how could this be a positive experience?
08.01.2022 Last night I had a very overpowering dream that I was being swept out of control in the ocean, and I couldnt escape it. It then ended up that I was in a carpark which was being inundated with water which I couldnt get away from. It was one of those nights where I woke up tired just from dreaming, and it felt so vivid. Dreams are such powerful messages from our subconscious. They can often have a particular meaning, however every dream is open to your own interpretation.... I often have people ask me to read and interpret their dreams, but I always start by asking what they think it meant. Generally speaking, dreaming of flooding water represents emotions that are coming up to the surface, an emotional cleanse or that something is feeling out of control (did you see my insta story yesterday, because that was bang on!), however after doing a past life regression last week and (re)experiencing the drowning death in a past life, it has all come together to make much more sense. In order for me to move past the very thing I felt was holding me back meant having to face it head on. When you bring something forward and work on it, it loses its power over you. This power could have shown up as an insecurity, anxiety, stress, restlessness, discomfort. the list goes on. There is often a niggly feeling associated with a block, and I always say that that feeling is a whisper from your soul that something needs to change in order to move forward. If we arent dealing with it consciously (awake), it can come through subconsciously (in dreams). Even though feeling the feels stings at times, this is my life! Ive dedicated my journey to experiencing, learning, teaching, and healing. 08.01.2022 Now more than ever people are turning inwards for answers for the questions they didnt even know they had. People are diving into working on themselves, discovering the power of their intuition and playing more in a metaphysical space. I get asked a fair bit about where I started on my personal and spiritual development journey. It goes back to around the age of 19 when I had my first psychic reading done with a wonderful reader, Jason McDonald, and I knew from that day m...y life was changed. What he could tell me about myself and loved ones blew my mind, and I kept thinking I wish I could do that. Fast forward a year and I had another reading with a lady who lived near me, and after the reading we got chatting and became quite close friends. I started attending weekly meditation classes and learnt how to read through psychometry (a technique that has the reader holding a piece of jewellery of the person theyre reading for and channeling a message). Over the years I have kept developing my intuitive abilities and its still an ongoing thing for me. Im a skilled reader these days and thoroughly enjoy being able to use these tools to help and guide clients. I know many people want tangible ways to connect with their intuition too. I used to question mine all the time, and then things that I had seen or heard became reality, or Id dream something and it would happen. I worked on differentiating between my own internal voice and the voice of another entity (ie mediumship). I always tell people to start with the basics and do what feels right for them. (I am a very kinaesthetic person, so go off feeling a lot!). Part of my daily practice to connect with myself includes journaling, using crystals, reading oracle cards, connecting to the elements and meditation. There is no right or wrong way, and the more you do it, and the more you trust yourself, the more it flows. I use my intuition for everything, constantly. Its my own internal compass and my key to staying aligned. 04.01.2022 2020 has been a wild year for manifesting! I could talk for days on manifesting, how I do it, how much I love it, and key things to be mindful of! Reflecting on the year I’ve manifested the relationship I wanted, experiences, number of clients, income, programs, speaking opportunities and so much more. I am still pinching myself that I’m booked out for coaching 1 on 1 privately, and not far off being fully booked at Awakened. I KNEW it would happen, the ‘how’ wasn’t what I ...focused on! Manifesting is most definitely transactional with the highest currency being gratitude. I’m diving into this in a few weeks with the Unearthed Goddess workshop! I can’t wait! Speaking of which - lots have people have asked me about Unearthed Goddess and why they didn’t see me advertise it. It’s an exclusive workshop for a team of epic women and was only available to a selected group. The feedback I’ve had so far has been incredible, and I feel honoured to facilitate transformation to so many women! (75 beautiful souls said yes to growth and are doing the workshop!) 03.01.2022 Whether you're at the peak of a mountain or the peak of an 0rg@sm, FEEL IT! Feel it all. Feel where the pain of loss stings. ... Feel where the joy of being in love radiates in your body. Feel where happiness tingles inside you. Feel where excitement runs through your veins. Feel where fear restricts you. Feel where adrenaline pumps through you. Feel where sadness sits inside you. Feel where gratitude lights up inside you. Feel where pleasure pulses through you. As humans, we are meant to FEEL. If something comes up for you and you don't want to feel it, ask yourself why? What is the resistance to feeling? What is the worst thing that can happen by feeling this? What is the best thing that can happen by feeling this? By getting in touch with your feelings, you're getting in touch with your truth. Your essence. Your soul. By welcoming and loving all parts of you, gives you the freedom to be your true self. 03.01.2022 Oh hey insecurities - yeh I see you popping up this week Good timing, as always... just as weve had a ridic full moon, planets chucking a psycho, the world on edge & arguing instead of just loving, & to top it off everyone is in a funk & I personally cant be effed doing much At times Ive been edgy, cranky, stabby, & a little ragey Although I have a deep love for myself, my life & my journey, I am most definitely not exempt from feeling the feels. I have worked on be...ing The Observer for a long time, so I have the ability to pull myself out of an uncomfortable sitch & see whats going on, where it came from & what part of me needs a big energetic healing hug to move through it. Generally insecurities are coupled with negative self-talk which weve all experienced this at some point, if not on the daily. Instead of pushing it away, witness the message in the mess. Ask yourself what that negative self talk is trying to say & feel in your body if it stings. It can causes a kinaesthetic response in your solar plexus (just below the centre of the where your ribs end, associated with your ego) or in your heart space (associated with emotions). It can feel like a twinge, pain, flutter or a thump. This is because your body is fighting what it knows to be true - that what youre saying to yourself doesnt feel good and isnt honouring your truth. The best thing you can do in these times is listen to the inner dialogue & ask yourself: - is this true? - why am I feeling like this? - what do I believe about myself in order to be having this experience? - is there a past experience that Ive had that has contributed to supporting this negative talk? - would I say these things to my best friend? - what is the part of me that needs an energetic hug? - what can I do to support myself right now? - what would I like to hear/believe instead? Self awareness is a huge key to self love & being vulnerable to yourself is so empowering. Know that your insecurities are little messages from your soul guiding you to give that part of you a little more love, understanding a big energetic bear hug Youre not broken - youre remembering your truth

Its not about When I have ___ then Ill love myself more or When I look like ___ Ill love myself more Or I hate _____ about myself NO. STOP IT! ... Love all parts AS THEY ARE. Im not just talking about physical too. Im talking emotionally, spiritually, mentally.... all of it. You can absolutely be a work-in-progress to an even more epic version of yourself, but I promise you this - you will not love yourself any differently when you achieve a goal if you dont love yourself along the journey to get there! Self love is one of the foundational blocks of personal growth and what 99% of my clients start doing work on when we join forces for coaching. Our beliefs, conditions and coding has our understanding of what self love really is a little skewiff!
