24.01.2022 SEE YOU SOON As of midnight this Wednesday, BSPT will be closing it’s doors to all group training. Our old mate Zoom will be back working just as hard bringing you your daily dose of awesome with new at home workouts using limited to no equipment. ... 1:1 personal training is still permitted in our lovely new outdoor training area. 10.01.2022 FACEMASKS & WORKOUTS... As most of you have heard by now, as of Monday morning, all Victorians are now required to wear a mask in public. How does this effect me while I work out?... I am waiting for the fitness industry’s governing body to do what they do best and set clear guidelines for us to follow. While we wait, I encourage you all to wear a face mask out in public and maintain 1.5m between yourself and your workout buddies before, during and after your sessions. You’ve all been doing your bit, washing hands, sanitizing equipment and staying away when necessary - I simply ask you keep up the great work! It’s by doing these ordinary acts of hygiene that will keep BSPT open for us all to enjoy! A huge thank you to every single person who does their bit to ensure BSPT stays open and we are still able to get our workouts in during a pandemic!! LEGENDS the whole lot of you! If anyone has any questions regarding Covid-19 and BSPT, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
