12.01.2022 Hi all. So, I have finally bitten the bullet and popped some videos on YouTube. Many of you have been asking for dance ones, BUT, this first lot are a series of VERY BASIC STRETCHES (that can be done together) and are perfect for anyone who is super tight in the calves and hamstrings - especially runners and cyclists (or anyone who cannot touch their toes.) They have not been edited - I just got in and did them for a friend in NYC who is in lockdown and recovering from... COVID. Thought Id play it forward so you can too. DANCE TECHNIQUE videos and deeper, focussed stretches are coming.
