23.01.2022 I kept it simple by inviting 3 long term school mum friends today for a bday weekend catch up which meant I could relax and create some yummies without much pressure Here is what I came up with starting at 9am this morning and finishing after they arrived at 11, including a bit of cleaning and photo taking in between Lots of fun having a ladies morning tea this morning. 20.01.2022 A head office special event I heard on the radio the other day how there are some ‘proper clinical trials happening I think in WA about pain reduction and sore throats, things we all know but there haven’t been actual trials to prove it to those who seek scientific ‘proof’’ So glad that someone is putting money into such a trial for honey. But hoping the prices don’t sky rocket like ‘Manuka honey’ because of it

Thank you to my family, friends, colleagues, head office Thermomix in Australia and my wonderful customers who have supported me, referred me, invited me into your homes, sometimes multiple times! It’s been a fun ride, 7 years as a consultant and 2 years as a team leader changing over 400 families lives. 400 Thermomix sales TM31, TM5 and TM6 and now with 16 consultants in my team I’d like to think I’m helping ev...en more households cook amazing foods! So much fun and learning! Thank you everyone. I love catching up with people and cooking with you, meeting your families and learning about your kitchen needs! 15.01.2022 This was a great dish from the Sam Wood collection. I liked the flavours and ingredients. For me, I didn’t like the pan cooked chicken so much. I think I’d prefer it baked actually. But that might just be me as I don’t eat a lot of meat. I loved the cauli cous cous that was different and fresh I think I’ll try to make this time lapse slower next time!! Too fast!

08.01.2022 What shall I make?! I’m having three friends over on Saturday morning for ‘morning tea’ as a social thing to do for my bday this weekend!!! I want there to be options for dairy free gluten free and refined sugar free maybe a bit of savory too. I’m thinking Portuguese tarts, lavosh crackers, dip, fruit platter. That’s as far as I’ve got... any more ideas. Not toooooo much work as I’m meant to be ‘working from home tomorrow’

06.01.2022 Yep this one was so good! I made it DF by subbing coconut oil and lowered the sugar ( and used coconut sugar) I don’t bother buying slivered almonds so we omitted those! Perfect for afternoon tea!

05.01.2022 Got this and some yummy sour doughs and some pasture raised chicken and more from the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market this morning. (Reusing our bags each week to minimize plastics) I’m going to add dumplings to the menu for tomorrow night and use the bok Choy and coriander in those My kids love hot chocolates with the milk often! And we make butter from the cream! We love steaming the cauli n Broc and love making hot potatoes in the oven with Thermie coleslaw and Thermie grated cheese on top

02.01.2022 Saying no to single use plastic. I can’t remember when I last bought cling wrap, at least 5 years maybe 10! I really can’t recall, there are lots of alternatives like this green cover here. You can use bags that food comes in from the supermarket and you can wash plastic that comes into your home and reuse that, and definitely recycle that too. Sing out if you need tips on how to get rid of single use cling wrap from your home.

I normally select the English speaking nations ( you need to go to filters and add the countries- can’t select just language English while in the ‘collections’ search mode like you can in Recipe search mode. ) Then I see all the latest recipes and go down more recipe rabbit holes! Add more bookmarks, add more to my collections and add more to my weekly planner
