04.01.2022 Ok time for a rant, origin gas turned out meter off on Monday by mistake and then could only get someone to turn it back on Thursday Came to do so and stated we had a gas leak in our shop and did not turn it on. We had a gas plumber come out of his way and help us by replacing the entire system for us. ... But turns out it’s origins meter that’s leaking not our shop. Amna from origin refused to help us and only did the basic service not even logging an emergency call out. Today we assumed someone was coming to fix the issue .... we assumed wrong She did not book for someone to come immediately... Now I call someone else and he was able to contact the tech and conference us all together and resolve the issue and have someone out within 4 hours.... It means we are agin closed tonight and have lost close to $9,000 this week due to origins mistake. They have offered nothing but an apology and said that we need to take them to small claims to get compensation!! This is absolutely ridiculous when they state they are helping small business. We are at a loss with no hope to recover this weeks losses we only hope the community come back to support us next week

03.01.2022 As you all have noticed this week has been tough for us and will take some time to get back to normal HOWEVER Mae’s home country is really in huge crisis with its second super typhoon in two weeks. ... For the month of November we will be donating 10% of profits to the Red Cross in the Philippines to help with relief efforts. We were greatly saddened to hear the crying for help whilst on the top of roofs last night only to awaken to the news the water rose much higher and those that were crying are no longer with us Please be advised if making a donation to the country please make sure it’s a legitimate channel as some low life people are taking advantage of this deviation
