Keeping your back naturally arched, push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body until the tops of your thighs are at least parallel to the floor [B]. Pause, and push yourself up to the starting position. If thats too hard, do a body-weight squat instead.

16.01.2022 TRY THESE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS TO GET YOUR HEART RATE UP THIS WEEK! Assume a pushup position with your arms completely straight. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your ankles [A]. Without allowing your lower-back posture to change, lift your right foot off the floor and slowly move your right knee toward your chest [B]. Return to the starting position, and repeat with your left leg. Alternate back and forth for the duration of the set.

14.01.2022 Peanut butter base - melt 2 tbsp virgin pressed coconut oil and then mix in one tbsp of macro organic peanut butter. It will be runny.... pour into muffin trays and put in the freezer for ten minutes. Chocolate top - melt 6 tbsp coconut oil and then add 5 tsp of raw cacao powder and 4 tbsp rice malt syrup and a pinch of the Rock salt. Mix and pour over the peanut butter base. Put back in freezer. This recipe makes twelve (only 112 calories per serve). Keep them in the freezer, the inside stays fresh and soft.

06.01.2022 Poached Chicken Salad with Lemon Mustard Dressing This is a fantastic QUICK lunch option for those of you on the go! All you need is to prepare the Poached Ch...icken ahead of time and its ready to go! Make a salad using all your favourite salad ingredients (We used mixed lettuce leaves, tomato, spanish onion, roasted sweet potato, avocado etc) and add about 50gms poached chicken (see our poached chicken recipe) Pour over a dressing made up of the juice of 1/4 Lemon, 3/4 tsp Dijon Mustard, 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and cracked pepper. In the long run you will likely end up hurt or stagnated in your progress...and probably confused as to why, because you're working really hard!
