18.01.2022 Dear Parents & Students, At Ngo and Sons, the health and safety of our students and staff is our number one priority. As the COVID-19 global pandemic continues to cause health concerns, our Directors have made the decision to suspend all face-to-face classes as of Thursday 19 March 2020. This decision has not been made lightly, however the Directors believe it it no longer safe for our students to attend classes despite our heightened efforts to maintain a high level of hygi...ene practices. We are still committed to providing our students with high quality education and as such have been working hard to develop an online learning platform to see us through the challenging times ahead. This online platform will commence as of next week for out Year 7 to 12 students. For our Year 6 students who were to commence in April, the starting date will also be postponed until further notice. All parents will be contacted via e-mail and text for further details. For our NSPC students from Year 2 to Year 5, classes will close indefinitely. Currently we are working on an online platform as well and when it is ready, we will update all parents. All parents and students should have received an email or text message with further details regarding this change and our online program. 06.01.2022 Dear Parents and Students, As the coronavirus situation is unfolding across Australia, we would like to reassure you that our Centres are taking all necessary precautions to minimise the spread of the disease. We will be following the NSW Public Health recommendations closely and monitoring for new developments. Following the most recent updates provided by the NSW Health, we would like to ask that all students who have travelled or been in contact with someone returning fro...m the following countries to please self-isolate for a period of 14 days; China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. Students from schools that may be affected by the coronavirus will also be contacted individually and asked to self-isolate for a period of 14 days. We would also like to ask those students with flu-like symptoms to please not come to class. All teachers and staff at our Centre have been instructed to disinfect the tables and classrooms before and after each class. All staff and students have been advised to practice good hygiene, such as sneezing or coughing into the elbow and washing their hands frequently. Due to the nationwide hand sanitiser shortage we will be making sure that there will be a good supply of hand soap to minimise the spread of infections. Our staff is also currently working on an online platform to continue our lessons online if the situation changes and we need to cease classes due to the coronavirus. 05.01.2022 Update: Wednesday 29 July 2020 Commencing 10 August 2020 all students will have live Zoom lessons. 1. Lectures: Students will receive lectures during the week where they are taught new materials. Students will be able to ask questions during lectures. These lectures are recorded and available to students for 2 weeks. They are able to re watch lectures, pause and rewind. Only senior teachers will be conducting lectures.... 2. Tutorials: Each student will be given a tutorial group where a teacher will go through homework questions for that week. These tutorials are interactive. 3. Homework solutions will be available on our platform Teachable. Students will need to submit homework by email. 4. NSPC (Year 2 - 5): Students will complete Term 3 lessons on Teachable in conjunction with live Zoom homework lessons. Live Zoom lessons will be introduced in Term 4 (10 October 2020).

02.01.2022 Ngo and Sons Academic Coaching has brought our classes online. We have no definite date as to when our face-to-face classes will re-commence but we need to make sure we are ahead to ensure that our students do not fall behind once the centre re-opens. NEW OPERATING HOURS During this period, our Parramatta and Hurstville Campus are closed.... Our Fairfield Main Campus is still operating and you can contact us on (02)9755 9424, 0404 324 815 or 0401 419 709. We will have staff available on Monday - Friday from 3.00 PM - 8.00 PM and on Saturday - Sunday from 10.00 AM - 6.00 PM. If you call outside of these hours, we will not be able to get back to you until the following day.
