09.01.2022 APDA Showcase 2020 - We had such a fun night filming our showcase. There were lots of laughs and bloopers, wrong music played and even foot cramps BUT the girls and ladies at nupad pushed through and excelled like they always do!

09.01.2022 25 YEARS of PHYSIE!! This year, we at Northwest United are celebrating 25 years of physie! It all started in 1997, and since then our journey has taken some amazing twists and turns. Today we are as strong as ever and are showcasing some fabulous physie girls and ladies. Thank you to everyone who has been apart of our physie community for the past 25 years. 09.01.2022 Junior Classes are for ages 5 - 12yrs. Physie aims to build confidence, good posture, strength, fitness and flexibility through exercise and it's a lot of fun!! 01.01.2022 We missed out on our photoshoot at the beginning of the year so we did a quick one on our performance day. The girls had a great time hanging out together on our bush walk. It was a lot of fun.
