14.01.2022 Project Manager PRIMUS BUILD DARWIN NT Primus Build is Darwin NT locally owned and operating business. We work on variety of residential and commercial projects. Our aim to provide the best quality... To sustain our growth and ensure our high standard of customer service is upheld, we are now seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Directors, you will play an integral role in the management and delivery all of our projects. Key responsibilities will include: ^Workflow scheduling/programming short and long term ^Conducting weekly/fortnightly meetings to engage your team and grow capability ^Ensuring all jobs under construction are being managed effectively ^Managing projects in an efficient manner always meeting tight deadlines and budgets ^Work on build ongoing relationships with contractors and suppliers. ^Supporting your team to help deliver maximum efficient outcomes ^Promote and maintain safe work protocols at all times ^Develop and maintain service provided by trades and suppliers. ^Being the first point of contact for customer escalation issues ^Applying sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills ^Carrying out the on-site handover and final inspection with the client The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years project management experience within the building industry with a proven track record of project delivery. You will possess a strong understanding of contract administration, financial management, estimating and stakeholder engagement. You will enjoy working in a high-performance environment, possess a can-do attitude and capable of managing multiple projects. At least five (5) years' experience in project management and seven (7) years' carpentry (or broad trade) experience in the domestic building industry An understanding of construction/renovation/building process (NT Building Code).
