25.01.2022 In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to confirm with you how Quest in Mackay is ensuring the safety and well-being of our valued guests as well as our own team. Quest Mackay remains open for business. We have implemented an extensive list of measures to our already rigorous hygiene and safety program. It is our absolute priority to ensure we minimise risk for all. In these fast-changing times, we are monitoring developments daily and enhancing our processes as require...d. As we face these unique circumstances, we ask that everyone continues to follow the advice of the health authorities in relation to hygiene and well-being, including self-isolation if applicable. We have implemented a ‘non-contact policy’ in all areas of the property this includes avoiding shaking hands or close contact. We are also keeping a safe distance between all people as much as possible. We have worked with our cleaning providers to significantly increase the level of sanitisation right across the business, especially in our reception and common areas. All staff have been given strict and detailed instructions on additional measures they should adhere to at this time. This includes guidance on washing hands, personal hygiene and instructions for immediate reporting and self-isolation if they begin to show any symptoms. We wish that everyone stays safe and well at this unprecedented time.

04.01.2022 Wow what an experience I had this morning at Freckle Farm with Deb McLucas. From holding a smelly chicken to finding a chicken egg on the ground, the morning was topped off by getting pecked on the ankles by hundreds of chooks. Deb and her team are dedicated to providing quality free range eggs to Mackay businesses and it is evident by these pictures that these chooks have it pretty good....
