Failure is learning, it's setting a platform to reach and it's knowing what you need to change to succeed! ... Everyone has dreams! And I can guarantee that no dream came true with hands in the dreamers pockets! Failure is progress! Don't be scared of progress! And if you don't use those dreams you have and may have failed at, then the only guarantee is that you will only sit back and watch someone take you're success! APPLY THOSE DREAMS, LET PEOPLE JUDGE YOUR DREAMS! ALL THAT MATTERS IS BELIEVING IN YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU WANT TO BECOME! EVEN IF YOU CANT SEE IT YET! Let them watch from the sidelines and judge! 22.01.2022 Hey roadies! I just wanted to touch on a recent review posted on my page. This is not to justify my journey In anyway, but over the weekend there was an individual who has accused me of having plastic surgery to enhance my appearance and appear more "fit" I just want to first of all say, my journey and the business mission is "road to change". This does not represent weight and how good you look! It's about making a permanent change to your bodies long term health and functio...nality. I write this as I want to make this very clear, I do not discriminate, if you have had a tummy tuck, if you are overweight, if you are underweight, if you can barely carry shopping bags, WHATEVER IT MAY BE! Road to change fitness is here to help you make that permanent change. The person in question is not qualified in fitness at all and it was a totally unprovoked attack. I know this was upsetting to not just me but a few of my awesome clients aswell and on behalf of my business I apologise for any offence that this individual has caused! 13.01.2022 I often speak to people who are trying to cut out those nasty refined sugars and find themselves failing when they get a few days or weeks in due to total deprivation, I was guilty of this some months ago! (just ask my partner and sister about the chocolate fudge brownie incident many months ago!) Later in my physical and healthy eating education I learned a lot about how to deal with cravings. Sometimes you guys need that chocolate, and that's when it's always good to have t...hat self control for tHat moderation, rather then that entire chocolate bar, stick with a fun size bar. Try light or diet ice cream over sorbet and gelato.... If your in that little more advanced level, you can replace that refined sugar with natural sugar, whilst dried fruits may be slightly more concentrated, it's still a better option over confectionary items! This here is my afternoon snack, I enjoy my cranberry treat with a coffee or tea, and am always thinking of new treat to curb that craving in the best way possible for my body! To make these treats you'll require 1 cup LSA mix (health food section), half a cut of shredded coconut, 2 tablespoons of coconut water, and half a cup of chopped dried cranberries. Mix together and refrigerate, it's that easy! They Are 85 calories per serve. Stay tuned as I add more sugar beating recipes!
