24.01.2022 Updated Reiko Covid-19 Safety Management Plan The following measures have been put in place at Reiko Martial Arts for safety of our members and the wider community as a result of the Covid-19 risk. Reiko’s Covid Safety Supervisor is Mr Gary (Tom) Tucker. Do not attend the gym if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any flu like symptoms. In an effort to minimise numbers in the gym, we would ask parents if possible, to ‘drop and go’. Parents will still be responsible f...or the signing in of their children. Entry to the gym will be through the office entry and exit will be via the roller door. Hand sanitiser will be available at reception and throughout the gym. Check In can be through The Territory Check In app. Every person entering the gym will have their temperature taken and recorded. Any person who presents an elevated temp (>38) will not be permitted to enter and be advised to seek medical assessment. Social distancing measure must be adhered to in the viewing area. Seating has been arranged to achieve this. Please do not move any of the furniture. Checking into WhiteBelt will be handled by an instructor for all students for all classes until further notice. All members are to bring their own water bottle and are recommended to bring their own towel. All students must bring their protective own equipment. Any equipment used during class is to be wiped immediately after use. Training mats are mopped with disinfectant after each training night. Toilet and bathroom facilities will be cleaned at the conclusion of each night training. Tables and chairs in the viewing area will be wiped down with disinfectant regularly. All students will be provided with 4 square meters of training mat to train on. Large X’s have been placed on the floor to indicate. Instructors will provide guidance. Covid-19 safety signage will be displayed throughout the gym. Your cooperation, compliance and understanding are appreciated. See more
