08.01.2022 Our Drawing II Urban Landscapes course for drawing beginners has ended with built up finished drawings. It was so good to see the students take on the challenge and keep working into their drawings until they resolved. We began with an excursion to make studies on-site and then in the studio they used the studies to develop their projects. This group were absolute beginners when they all began our Drawing I Elements of Drawing Course with Carmel Byrne in March this year. Drawing II consolidated the skills and extended directly to project-based concepts & ideas for drawing. Because Carmel's drawing courses are based on how to see you'll notice that the works are all individual and not about how the tutor draws, but about how to work out your own practise with your own voice and vision.
