A flavour packed IPA brewed using the Hop Burst technique which involves extreme late hopping in the brewing process resulting in a massive burst of hop flavour & aromas. We've paired Strata & Citra hops and the result is a 6.2% IPA bursting with tropical fruit aromas with tropical fruit, citrus & resinous pine flavours on the palate. Watch out! This burnt pink beauty is a raspberry kettle sour brewed with Belgian trappist yeast that has spent 4 months in red wine oak barrels. Strong raspberry aromas hit the nose. In the mouth, the raspberry tartness combines with soft oak undertones. A complex but truly enjoyable beer. Available to drink in 200ml or 425ml glasses. Only squealer or 1L PET bottles for fills. Limit one per customer. BELGIAN TRIPEL 8.7% One keg only! A classic Belgian Tripel brewed with Belgian Trappist yeast. Banana & clove on the nose follow through on the palate with notes of citrus & spice. A moderate to dry finish. Due to the limited amount available this will be served in 150ml glasses only.
