21.01.2022 After a recent mishap to the side wall of this beautiful FTE trailer where the trailer decided to take a hard-left turn and ripped right through the wall approx,8mt destroying the rear frame and roller door. This repair has now been completed and is ready for collection. We can manufacture ply panels to any commercial dimension up to 16m long and 3m wide.... Foam 25mm / 40mm and 75mm plus 2mm skins either side. Sizes up to 16m x 3m wide!!!!!!! The foam we use in this format is of high quality closed cell styrene which is manufactured by Dow Corp. High quality adhesives used throughout. High quality 2mm skins that are machine made and the finish is of the highest quality. Replacement walls, roofs etc. for semis or rigids, that allows you to replace at your location! We have installed Internal scuff bands and load lock to maintain load stability. This 8-pallet truck was installed onto an Isuzu F Series from Major Motors. 09.01.2022 YOU WON’T BELIEVE THIS! WE ARE NOW MANUFACTURING DRY/REMOVAL VANS. Thanks to Peter McDougall from Macknson’s Transport (Check them out here: www.macknsons.com) we had the opportunity to create our first Removalist van - to fit perfectly on an FE 1426 Automatic ISUZU www.wahino.com.au... This Van was built to suit client specifications at 7500 L x 2480 W x 2450 H, heavy- duty aluminium extrusions on roof, sides and front wall, fastened to all panels. Floor was fabricated with steel cross-bearers, finished with reversed steel checker plate. Included was a translucent 2 mm thick fiberglass roof, with LED lighting for easy viewing. With added external front and rear marker lights. (you won’t miss this van out on the road) Installed was carpeted battens & load lock so they can secure their loads and minimise damage of furniture while being transported from one location to the other.
